The purpose of the workshop on 30. 09. 2021 and 01. 10. 2021 was to improve communication within and between the teams. Many ideas and suggestions for improvement from almost all attendant employees were collected and will be implemented immediately or as part of measures.
There were two eventful days outside the company, in addition to cross-team work; the cozy get-togethers, personal exchange and fun were unforgettable.
